Ultimamente he trabajado mucho y descuidado mis redes sociales, aquí hago una actualización.
El pasado 24 de Febrero de 2018 Late Afternoon, el corto en el que trabajé en 2017, participó como nominado en los Oscars después de haber ganado varios festivales acreditativos, entre ellos Tribeca, Bucheon International Festival, Animayo, que es uno de los que se celebran en Gran Canaria, mi tierra, eso me encantó.

Late Afternoon no ganó el Oscar a mejor corto animado 2019 pero todos sentimos que la pieza habla por sí sola, y todo el equipo, con Louise Bagnall y Nuria Blanco a la cabeza, está super orgulloso del trabajo realizado.
Ahora estoy trabajando en la próxima película del estudio, Wolfwalkers, como clean up artist. Aprendiendo muchísimo de mis compañeros y muy orgullosa de lo que estamos haciendo. Avisaré cuando salga la película. : )

Lately I've been working hard and I dissapeared from social media. Here's an update.
The past 29 February 2109 the short film which I was honored to work at "Late Afternoon" participated at the Oscars as a nominee on best short film category. The short film had already won several festivals including Tribeca, Bucheon international Festival or Animayo, the one held at my home town.. haha that was cool!
Up you have the video I recorded of the moment when we realize we'be been nominated. That was an amazing moment!
Late Afternoon didn't win but the whole team, Louise Bagnall and Nuria Blanco at front, felt the piece is a beautiful piece and we feel very proud of what we achieved.
Right now, I'm working at the new film from the studio, Wolfwalkers, as a clean up artists. I'm learning so much in the process and from my mates! It's going to be a great movie and I'll let know here when it's released.

EN: This is an interview I've been done by La Provincia newspaper about women in animation. I'll be giving a talk part of the national event "Ewoman" that'll be held next Thursday 3rd May at the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus. I wish I can contribute to more women entering the industry and I give examples of my heroines such as Nora Twomey, Louise Bagnall, Nuria Blanco, Rosa Ballester Cabo, Anita Gaughan or Aurelie Lily Bernard : )
